• How can I place an order? Simply reach out through Facebook, Instagram, or click the 'Order Now' button to email me. Be sure to let me know the date, design, and serving number requirements for your special event.
  
• What flavours and designs are available? I offer a variety of flavours, including classic vanilla, chocolate, and more. Check out my menu for the current flavour options.
  
• How much notice do you need for a custom cake order? Ideally, I appreciate at least 4 weeks' notice for custom cake orders. However, feel free to contact me, and I'll do my best to accommodate shorter timelines when possible.
  
• Can you accommodate special dietary restrictions or allergies? Absolutely! Whether you're looking for a gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free option, just let me know.
  
• What sizes are available for custom cakes? I offer various sizes to suit your needs, from small celebrations to larger gatherings. I can help you choose the best size based on the number of guests you're expecting.
  
• Do you deliver? I do not currently offer delivery; collection can be made in Trott Park, Adelaide.
  
• How do I make payment? I accept payment transfers for your convenience. Detailed payment instructions will be provided during the ordering process. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required upon booking, and the full remaining balance is due seven days prior to your scheduled collection date.
  
• You can place orders with Got Cakey app, we'd like to inform you that there's an additional 7.5% fee incurred for orders made via this platform. We strive to provide convenient service through the app, albeit with a slight price adjustment. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
